The client wanted to extend the house at ground and first floor but by negotiating with planners we were able to extend the whole house. This solution was seen as benefiting the conservation area.
By doing so we achieved a third bedroom with a re-positioned entrance, family bath and en-suite shower room.  
The overall appearance of the house was greatly improved.
