Parkhall estate, SE21

The Workspace group wanted to upgrade their facilities and modernise the semi-industrial space to provide a more welcoming and attractive environment.
A strategy was developed to proceed with a phased refurbishment transforming the character of the space into a dynamic business environment. 
To support this a new shared cafe, communal meeting space and exhibition area was created to the previously redundant ground floor office area.
