MITTELMAN Associates LLP specialises in bespoke residential commissions. Our work includes extensions through to whole house renovations and new build.

Our private residential work focuses on all areas of central and outer London, including high profile properties in Kensington & Chelsea, Southwark, Lambeth and Westminster.

Many of our private residential commissions are in Dulwich, South East London where our studio is located.

We pride ourselves as specialists in obtaining approvals from The Dulwich Estate and The Grosvenor Estate.

We also have a wealth of successful experience working on Listed Buildings and in Conservation areas.

We enjoy working closely with our clients - it is very important for us to understand their needs and to tailor their homes to the changing needs of their families and lifestyle.

We can assist clients on all stages of their projects. We work with them - producing the first sketch ideas for discussion using models, 3D computer modelling and traditional sketching to explore and explain ideas. We then work and advise on all stages from obtaining local authority planning and other approvals where necessary, through to the management and oversight of the building work on site.
