This new 2 bedroom family house in the Dulwich Village Conservation Area replaced an existing 1960's flat.
The new building was designed to retain the existing foundations to maximise the clients budget and the design, whilst modern is carefully considered to integrate with the character of the neighbouring buildings – particularly the cottages opposite on Boxall Road.
